In Case of an Emergency!

An emergency is not necessarily a disaster (earthquake, power outage, etc.). It is also for families who are out of work and need to use their money for things other than food. Here you will find a little bit of information for both.

Just a thought about 3 month meals

When you find a recipe that you would like to try, make it for your family and see how they like it. If they don't, then don't use it. Or, you can always add items that your family likes to make it better. Use the recipes as a guide or inspiration.

RANDOM THOUGHTS...

  • As I see it, there are two ways to gather food for your 3 month supply.
  • 1. Build a list of recipes and collect food based on this list.
  • 2. Collect items based on everyday use, such as Cream of Mushroom Soup, Pork and Beans, and Cereal.
